-Exchanges and Refund could be done within 14 days of receiving the order (unused order), Excluding Shipping fees. We will refund the amount of the product only without the last shipping fees, and kindly pay the courier the new shipping fee.
-Free shipping charge on Exchanges and Refund If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, during 14 days of receiving the order. We will refund the amount of the product and the old shipping fees.
-In case of Rejection, kindly pay the courier the shipping fees and give him back the order in the package.
Please NOTE that we accept trial (only for 10min on door) and we accept partial delivery, you can choose between 2 products and give back the courier the one that you don’t want, BUT in order to do that, kindly note that half of the main shipping fees will be added on you (you pay the main shipping fees + half of it)
-Once we receive your request, kindly allow us 2 working days for processing.
-Shipping all over Egypt takes 3 to 5 working days after taking your request.
How to do it:
-For exchange or refund: kindly send on instagram or Facebook page the order number and a picture of it, not for the courier and within 3 to 5 working days the operation will be managed.
-You can easily cancel the order after placing it by sending us on instagram and Facebook pages within 24 hours since the order is confirmed.

يمكن إجراء الاستبدال والاسترجاع خلال ١٤ يوم من استلام الطلب (يشترط ان يكون المنتج غير مستخدم) باستثناء رسوم الشحن الأولية في حال الاسترجاع او الاستبدال ، يتم استرداد اموال المنتج فقط من دون رسوم الشحن الاولية، ويتوجب دفع رسوم الشحن الجديدة
رسوم شحن مجانية عند الاستبدال او الاسترجاع في حال وجود عيوب في التصنيع أو أي خطأ صادر من جهتنا، خلال ١٤ يوم فقط من الاستلام
في حالة رفض المنتج عند الاستلام بالرجاء دفع رسوم الشحن واعادة المنتج كما كان في علبته
ويرجى ملاحظة أننا نسمح بالمعاينة (لمدة لا تتخطى ١٠ د قايق) و نسمح بالتسليم الجزئي أو الاختيار ما بين منتجين، ولكن للتمكن من الاختيار ، ترجيع منتج وإبقاء منتج، سيتوجب عليك دفع زيادة نصف رسوم الشحن الاولية (أي رسوم الشحن الاولية كاملة مع زيادة عليها النصف)
بمجرد استلام طلبك، يرجى السماح لنا بمدة يومين مهلة للتحضير
الشحن هو لكافة المحافظات في الجمهورية المصرية، من ٣-٥ ايام عمل من بعد قبول الطلب
